Warranty Policy

During the warranty period, if any problem, we will make every effort to provide you with satisfactory services. To ensure you receive your full product warranty benefits, please read the following parts carefully:

Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy serves as a formal agreement between NexTool and you, the user, regarding warranty services and other related matters. If the seller or any third party has made separate warranty or service commitments at the time of purchase, such warranty or services shall be provided by the seller or third party accordingly.

  1. General Statement

This warranty service applies only to products in their original factory configuration that experience functional failures covered by this policy during normal use within the warranty period. If national laws provide a definition for functional failure within the warranty coverage, those definitions will prevail. If not, NexTool will determine eligibility based on this policy.

  1. Warranty Terms
  2. NexTool products have different warranty periods depending on the product category:
  • Multi-functional Hardware Tools: 10-year warranty
  • Lighting products: 1-year warranty
  1. The warranty period starts from the date of sale. For online, telephone, orother off-site transactions, the delivery date recorded by third-party logistics company shall prevail. In other cases, the invoice date will be used as delivery  However, if you can prove that invoice date precedes the actual delivery date for reasons not caused by your end, then the actual delivery date shall prevail with our confirmation. If you are unable to provide a valid third-party logistics delivery information or invoices, the warranty period will be calculated from 30 days after the product leaves the factory.
  2. If NexTool product experiences functional damage to its main body or components under normal use within the warranty period, you may be eligible for free repair or component replacement after confirmation by us or our authorized service centers. Please note that accessories (any detachable parts) are considered consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
  3. Limited Lifetime Warranty: For damage caused by improperuse or for products beyond the free warranty period, we will offer paid repair services. Charges will be based on the actual cost of materials; no additional labor fees will be charged.

III. Warranty Exclusions

The following cases are not covered under this warranty:

  1. Failures or damages caused bymisuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, liquid ingress, improper physical or operating environments, force majeure, or improper maintenance/storage;
  2. Unauthorized disassembly or repair by any individual or organization;
  3. Normal wear and tear such as discoloration, breakage, or consumption during use;
  4. Componentsthat are visibly damaged by external force, scratched, cracked, severely deformed, or otherwise broken.
